"We were in town for an event on Nob Hill so the location was perfect. Hadn't bee to the Top of the Mark in years so it was fun to have a sunset cocktail and enjoy the amazing view. The staff were great and the room was comfortable (also with a great view). There was a minor issue with the bathroom door which couldn't be closed properly. All in all, an enjoyable San Francisco experience."

"We were extremely pleased with our stay at hotel, Majestic. Although it is an old historic hotel, it has maintained its charm and beauty. From the entrance to the stairs, elevator and our room everything was very clean and tidy. The bathrooms have been renovated, but keeping traditional porcelain tub and shower. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful, professional, warm, and kind. The bed was very comfortable. I can’t say too much except that we will be returning! Although the restaurant is advertised as serving food, it is permanently closed. They do serve continental breakfast and coffee is available 24 hours."
