"The reason I gave a poor rating was for a few reasons. First of all, the guy working check-in mumbled and would not make eye contact. Not a great first impression. Second, or bathroom sink had terrible water pressure, it a just above a trickle. Finally, and probably the most irritating was at breakfast. It went from 6:30-10am and we got down there about 8:30. The coffee cups were gone, the paper plates were gone, bagels were gone, they only offered mini pre-made veggie omlets and a...

"We had an amazing corner view with windows all around. A nice kitchenette, plenty of room to stretch out for me, my daughter and my granddaughter, and a very close walk across the street to the Van Andle Arena for a concert."

"The photos really didn't do this hotel justice - it's very attractive and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable, the room was well-decorated and spacious, and the communal spaces were very nice. We were able to park right out front on the street and walk to many dinner and entertainment options. Be aware that not all rooms have windows, so if that's important to you, be sure to verify before reserving your room. We absolutely loved this hotel and will be back!"
