"It was a pretty run down place, had a couple people that were doing drugs in the parking lot sitting in their vehicle with the doors wide open, and other travelers that had children witnessing it. Guess it comes down to you get what you pay for."

Breakfast included cold items plus scrambled eggs and sausage, but the hot items were not restocked 15-20 minutes before ending time, so some people had to settle for the cold menu items. Front desk staff was friendly. The room was clean and well-stocked with towels, but there was no daily housekeeping unless requested. Beds were comfortable and thermostat allowed customizing the temp setting."

"This was definitely a unique experience and was perfect for a quick visit to Grand Rapids for a work trip. You can walk to shops, amenities are all around, I was 4 minutes from the office and street parking was free and abundant. This was very similar to an Airbnb experience, self check-in and out without the list of tasks to do. The room was clean, bathroom was clean and the room had adequate supplies and a steamer, which was super convenient. It’s great if you need a quiet place to stay...
