"Beds need updating, everyone in my group agreed the beds were not comfortable-sagging and stiff. Caused quite a few sore backs and hips for just one nights stay. Also, the staff needs more help. The people there work hard and did the best they could. It was great to have the restaurant onsite and overall nice set up."

"I can't believe that I am a Hilton member and they charged me for bottled water!!! There is no way to adjust the temperature in the rooms, because of the cement ceilings and floor it was very cold and unwelcoming. All the construction made it difficult to enter and exit from the street side.. Not sure I would stay here again,"

"The breakfast bar had a great number of variety, including fresh fruits yogurts, which was really nice. The cleanliness was top-notch. Most importantly the rooms were well soundproofed. We didn’t have to worry about hearing the guest next-door to us like you experience some other hotels."

"Beautiful facility and very comfortable."

"Not a new place, but clean, personable, nice staff, safe, good breakfast, Just fine for a short stay."

"Picked pay at the property so my new credit card would be in & I could get the points. We got there & I was told she already ran my card on the Expedia account before I got there. There was no warning about this when I checked out. I e been to a million properties while traveling & have always had no issue paying up front at the time of arrival. I told her at the counter I chose pay at the property for a reason & you know what…she had already started processing the remaining balance on that same...

"Liked the room layout. Staff was nice. Room was clean."

"We enjoyed our stay very much. We appreciated laying out by the pool, the beauty of the property, and the proximity to town."

"If you're looking for a place to stay that's walkable to the the restaurants and shops it is a wonderful location. David, the owner/host provided a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. The breakfast that was served was hearty, including breakfast casserole, fruit and juice/coffee.The menu changes each day, but it definitely will fill you up and was delicious and made with care. The stay was comfortable and appropriate for sleeping and rest after a day of exploring."

"The cabin was very clean! We were there the second week of October and had no heat or air conditioning, so it was pretty hot during the day and cold at night. I also wish there were hooks in the bathroom to hang towels on. Be sure to bring your own soap because even the shampoo was a bar of soap and as a woman with long hair, it was virtually impossible to use. There was also a very large kitchen, but no pots or pans or even a toaster to actually use any of it. The pool and hot tub were very...

"The pool needs updating, otherwise great place. Room was ready early, clean. Breakfast was good. Very friendly front desk."

"To be honest, we wanted to just stay in Saugatuck for one night after we landed in Grand Rapids before we headed on 31 to the tip of the mitten. Looking back I feel we would have been better off spending the night in a hotel that cost the same but better in Grand Rapids. On our way up we stayed at a hotel that was far better, cleaner, and cheaper than this place. The prices here are just competitive with Saugatuck, and that's it. They try to keep the place clean, but we had moved the space...
