"No trash cans in the room? Not sure why. Tv would not work says no WiFi and not channels for signal. Tried to call the main office with no answer. All WiFi networks were locked. Google says this place is permanently closed so that’s also weird. Overall room was clean but definitely looked like they were still remodeling. No dishes but stove and everything in room also weird usually when we stay anywhere with a stove there’s at least plates and silverware. "

"The a/c unit had a dog piss smell like it got peed on and was never cleaned and caused the whole room to smell. The room itself was clean. Shower area had some mold in grout. "

"Overall, it was an okay stay. Friday night to Sunday morning. Breakfast was alright, if you like the frozen stuff that thaws out in those metal trays. The waffle area was a mess, but breakfast was fine overall. The pool and hot tub were functional. There was A LOT of loose hair and floating specs of God-knows-what in the pool. "My husband and I decided to stay the night at the Grand Amway Hotel in Grand Rapids to celebrate his birthday. We selected a room on the 24th floor. The room itself was average with a typical TV, desk, chair, and king sized bed. The dimmer lights were a nice touch. Unfortunately the bathroom was a huge disappointment.
