"Our flight got in early, so we knew we might be too early for check in. The first employee we came in contact with told us there were no rooms available. We were able to leave our luggage and go get lunch. There were two other families in the same boat. When we got back, a new employee told us rooms had been available for hours. "The air conditioner in the room sounded like the furnace in the movie Home Alone. The refrigerator squealed. The shower did not drain at all. And flooded the bathroom. That would explain the nasty and moldy mildew smell the room had. We arrived at 2:50 p.m. and we're told check-in was not until 3:00 and we would have to wait 10 minutes or pay $10 to check in early.
