"The hotel was responsive. When you first walk in, the small lobby is nice. However, once you get to the room, you start to notice how incredibly tiny the room is. Can barely walk around the bed in the room, the living space is hardly a sitting area wirh a small table. The TV is so outdated its not even a smart TV. Thats not even the real issue. "loved this hotel - I got upgraded to a one bedroom suite and it was spacious and beautiful. It had a nice sized balcony, a jacuzzi bathtub (which I didn't get to use). It also came with a dyson hairdryer and a yoga mat and weights. I was in Madrid for less than 24 hours, so I had a lot of ground to cover in a short amount of time. "Very comfortable stay in luxurious surroundings and perfect spot to walk around the sights of the City. We especially loved the Red Level lounge and the rooftop pool and jacuzzi! We will be back again!"

"Property location exceeded expectations. It was central to most tourist attractions. Unfortunately, The room was very small and smelled musty after long day’s absence. the room was situated one floor above the restaurant and bar and it was noisy till 12 midnight. Our saving grace was that the hotel restaurant closed for two days during our stay and we were able to get some peace in quiet."

"Room was clean but small by North American standards. Staff was helpful. Hotel was close to Plaza Major. However, it could be noisy sometimes in the evenings or wee mornings because of nearby restaurants and people in the street. This may bother light sleepers."

"The hostel was central and had multiple amenities, i.e. metro, convenience stores, restaurants, etc. and tourist attractions within walking distance. Note that they do not have a kitchen or fridge for you to cook or store food/drinks. Their AC was not helpful or not working properly as it was unbearably hot in the rooms. Overall, this was a decent hostel that offered different activities to meet and socialize with other guests."

Le bar rooftop et la piscine sont très agréables. Allez y les yeux fermés, vous ne pouvez pas être déçus de cet hôtel en plein centre ville de Madrid !"

"I didn’t check the elevator didn’t work she gave me the room on the 4 flour I want the room The one I reserved From the picture with the window the one with the palace view- I took the one she gave me I was very tired got wet it was pouring - taxi got desperate next day and left me and couldn’t find the attendant and have to walk about 12 minutes to gran via to grab another taxi super inconvenient for me - love Madrid though been there more than once"

"Location is central and the metro entrance is right in front. The staff is extremely helpful and nice. The rooms are clean with everything you need. Best bang for buck hotel in the area. 100% would recommend!"

"The room was sufficient, but a bit small. The lift worked but was very small—only 1 person at a time. The location was excellent, in the middle of everything and very walkable. It would have been nice to have ice available, but the 24 hour pizza stop just down the street is happy to sell some. Our remote control for the tv needed new batteries and the room safe was locked in the open position. It took over 4 hours for someone to come and fix it. They were kind and responsive, but took...
