"The room was immaculate! It housed all 11 guests comfortably. It truly was beautiful and a great fit for a large party. The amenities in the room are unmatched in comparison to standard hotels. The only thing I wish was different was the parking. It’s very limited but there is free parking outside of the hotel, but the slopes are super steep and not guaranteed. Otherwise an amazing place with friendly attentive staff. I will be booking here again."

"This is our fourth time staying at this hotel. We love the location. However, the rooms were in very poorly unkept and they have really let the cleanliness and repairs lapse over the course of the past few years. Our first room had black hairs in the sheets and either blood or feces on the bathroom door in two places. Also there was a huge rip in the carpet that I tripped over trying to look out the window. We were moved and the new room was an improvement but not by much. The carpets were so...
