"I only reserved this for my kids because of the water park the earliest you can check in is 4 PM but the waterpark closes at 7 PM so by the time you get through the check-in process, you don’t even have time to swim so they told me in the morning the kids would still be able to use the waterpark even though we had to check out come to find out the waterpark is being renovated so it’s not even working and when I called to the front desk. They brushed it off and told me basically to just use the regular pools that are working and dismissed. Me completely. Could’ve been a good experience completely disappointing never again. "

"I did not like that every time I walked through the lobby area, I was approached by the Wyndham time-share people (they had a desk on each side of the lobby so you are unable to avoid them). I also didn't appreciate being told during check-in that I received a free gift from Wyndham and could collect it at one of the desks. Not knowing that this desk was a time share gimmick and was stuck there for 20 minutes listening to their spill and unable to just walk away. Very disappointing. Other than this, the property was great. I will not be back due to the constant sales gimmick."

"The room I stayed in was perfect, for our stay updated and on point, besides there is no Microwave in the room overall Clean room 3326. the balcony @ pool view was amazing pool area on the outside annoying hungry squirrel and birds. With that being said bird mess in an near side of pool a few sticks I stepped on little upset but my son obviously didn't mind he enjoyed that area my daughter stayed on the inner lower level. Staff was amazing bilingual, Very understanding staff. Breakfast I ran in to a stop sign my family enjoyed. Washer an dryer available as well."

"Resort was wonderful, it’s an early check in before our main stay. Great location great view of Epcot and magic kingdom fireworks, as well as Disney springs. Our room faced the rainforest cafe in DS and walking there was great. Excellent resort, great amenities, great bar, great food, excellent decor and family friendly. Will always stay there when we come down as an early check in prior to our DVC check in."

"The resort is old. Our shower head was broken, the fan in the bathroom had no fan, the toilet was broken and ran all night. When I brought concerns to the lady at the check out she shrugged her shoulders. For $400 a night, this is insane. Our friend was is staying all week had German cockroaches crawling around in her bathroom. We caught one to show management."

"The pool was enjoyable but we arrived a little late and swam in evening. It was not busy at all. We just went to one pool and hot tub and the arcade room. Room was comfortable and a quick stay. "
