"The Palmer Collective is centrally located in Townsville. It has its own bar and restaurant and this is the highlight of the property. The rooms are quite small, and unless I am mistaken servicing is only changing any towels and making the bed. If it is supposed to include light cleaning of the shower, toilet and basin then this is not done at all.
