"The staff was courteous and helpful. Amenities include free usage of washer and dryer. A guest needs only purchase a very reasonably priced detergent packet from the front desk. One thing I wished for is a small wash cloth in the bathroom, or that one is available upon request. There is an MTR station which is connected to the hotel reception by a foot bridge. The same foot bridge allows access to the South Side shopping mall with eateries and shops offering common everyday merchandise. I...

"Good. The location is great. About 3 minutes to Time Square. I booked a room for 3 person but I was given a room with 2 single beds. I spoke with the counter officer, Kevin. "Nice modern hotel, promises and delivers a relaxed vibe. Staff super helpful and efficient. Good quality restaurant and excellent coffee from the in house coffee shop. A bit out of town but metro station and good mall on the doorstep. "
