"The breakfast was not fresh and did not have many options for consume and it did not exceed my expectation. Although the staff provided fair service but I asked for 115V adapter to charge my devices and they did not provide it. In addition, the room condition was awesome and super clean and the air condition was working pretty good too and I could not complaint about it. "

"Pros: Easy access to MTR and Ocean Park, room and common areas clean, great pools for all ages especially kids, activities for kids over Easter, lovely aquarium in lobby. Cons: Room is small and cramped, not even enough room to have my big suitcase open anywhere. It was extremely busy, meaning we had to queue for over 15 minutes to be seated at breakfast - there were often free tables, but they couldn't clear them fast enough. The breakfast itself also wasn't great. "

"Lovely property in Wan Chai. Close to a number of good restaurants, the ding ding stop and walking distance to the Causeway. Quiet rooms. Really excellent staff. Breakfast buffet was top notch. Air conditioning system was a bit odd; couldn’t figure out why sometimes it was quite chilly and other times warm even when the temp was set to 23C. Overall, a great stay."

"AVOID! Shockingly poor service and weathered rooms! I am not a fussy traveller and stayed im BW brand hotels in at least 5 countries and this experience was so disappointing I don't think I will be rushing back. The reception were completely unhelpful - upon checkin they refused to give me my prepaid room because my name said "Iggy" and not "Ignas" as per my passport. They said i will just have to make a new reservation. JOKERS! I contacted the hotel app i booked it through and they have updated the reservation in seconds. The reception said "they will accept the amendment on this one ocassion only" - trying to pretend they did not just try to scam me to pay for the same nights twice. There was a manager there too, he kept repeating same things as well. Even when I asked what would be the best course of action they just kept saying "book.new reservation". Finally got my room and its pretty disappointing too - black mold in the bathroom, cracking and stained walls, very loud aircon with unstable airflow.. At least the view is decent, cause I am struggling to find anything positive to say."
