"I cannot rate this property high enough. It was exactly what I needed for my 10day stay in HK. The staff was incredibly attentive, generous, pleasant as well as beyond competent. From thoughtful gestures, to always being helpful, the staff really made our stay a wonderful experience. We stayed in a 1br Suite- House of Astor. It was quite spacious and comfortable for the duration of our trip. I must commend the staff again, the experience was quite incredible. "

"The property is great and your central point in Wan Chai, your virtually 5 mins away from the MTR and tram system. Theres a great choice of shopping either in the plaza or down onto the high street that has a great western style too. "Newly created family rooms are relevant & superb and of a good size by HK standards. Ofcourse prices are very high but if you dont mind paying for your family's comfort then this is it. They even have a very-thoughful family lounge which is a nice touch. My kids went there for their bedtime milk and light snacks. Staffs were attentive and 5star service throughout. "
