"I had a wonderful time at The Arca. Check in & out was fast and easy. My room was beautiful, great view of the pier harbour, everything you need for a wonderful stay is included - expresso machine, mini fridge, clothes hangers, umbrella, bathroom was spacious. I didnt have breakfast here so cannot comment. Its about 10min walk to the metro with is part of the southside mall which has a supermarket, restaurants including macdonalds. "We had an amazing stay at The T. The hotel was spotless in every sense, but the highlight were the staff. The staff were extremely kind and thoughtful, in addition to being extra attentive to all our needs. We have stayed at hotels in different countries, but the level of service we received here was incomparable. A very special thanks to Kenji. We left our phone in a cab to the hotel. Unfortunately, the cab driver wasn't willing to drive back or provide an address for us to collect the phone....

"Good. The location is great. About 3 minutes to Time Square. I booked a room for 3 person but I was given a room with 2 single beds. I spoke with the counter officer, Kevin. He was very helpful and upgraded us to a family room , I would definitely come back to this hotel again for my next visit. Also ? Thanks again, Kevin for giving us a comfortable stay"

"Very convenient location in a very nice part of Hong Kong. Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. I did not eat on site at the hotel at all. I did use the rooftop balcony for cocktails with friends and it was beautiful and service was excellent."

"Newly created family rooms are relevant & superb and of a good size by HK standards. Ofcourse prices are very high but if you dont mind paying for your family's comfort then this is it. They even have a very-thoughful family lounge which is a nice touch. My kids went there for their bedtime milk and light snacks. Staffs were attentive and 5star service throughout. "

"I cannot rate this property high enough. It was exactly what I needed for my 10day stay in HK. The staff was incredibly attentive, generous, pleasant as well as beyond competent. From thoughtful gestures, to always being helpful, the staff really made our stay a wonderful experience. We stayed in a 1br Suite- House of Astor. It was quite spacious and comfortable for the duration of our trip. I must commend the staff again, the experience was quite incredible. "
