"Room: clean, nice space with ocean view and would use again. Our room had a noisy A/C that I don’t is common throughout the facility. Staff: nice, helpful with giving ideas of things to do, Don’s Mai Tai restaurant within the facility had GREAT food. Visit Hawai’i atleast once in this area, Kona side was sunny for the most part during the late April to early May time. Would do again."

"All the furnitures in the room are very aging and staff are not very professional as check-in is required to go to 2 different places and handled by different people which is fine, but kept trying to promote their other paid services or tours is not bringing a good experience."

The staff here are above and beyond and honestly, as a frequent Marriott Ambassador Elite traveler, I have to say that Marriott’s higher end brands need to step it up to match the class, ease, and care that Four Seasons has shown us.
