The hotel is perfectly located right in the city, surrounded by shops, short walk to salamanca markets, short walk to the harbour to catch the MONA ferry. The room was beautiful, buffet breakfast outstanding, and the staff were amazing! We found the check in person, and the young man running breakfast servicing particularly friendly and helpful! 10/10 stay, absolutely will be back!

A comfortable hotel in an excellent location. The restaurant is good and the breakfast buffet caters for all tastes. Valet parking is preferable because being in the heart of the city, parking is at a premium. We stayed 2 nights and found the room servicing was only a lick and a promise on the second day. (We hadn't chosen the 'don't clean my room' option). Definitely on our list for a return stay.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the buffet breakfast was amazing. We had our room upgraded which was a lovely bonus. Our only issue was with finding a spot outside the hotel for the valet parking. Maybe some extra information about what to do if you can’t find a park would be helpful. Other than this our stay was perfect. Perfect location and an amazing stay!

Wonderful experience. Staff were amazing. Nothing was ever too much. Breakfast was wonderful choice of alacarte and continental available. In the middle of town so fairly close to eateries around the pier. Would definitely stay again.

Great location, great staff, property spotless, club room wonderful. The staff in the Club Lounge were amazing, we watched them looked after an elderly man, they helped him sit, then got him a couple of plates of nibbles and a drink. Later they helped him get out his seat and took him to his room. This morning at breakfast we saw them doing the same, amazing staff.
