Liam and Liandra at the FD, Cassindra at the concierge ( I hope I spelled their names correctly) restaurant staff, bell staff, all absolutely great. Our room was very nice, we enjoyed being very close to everything in Mayfair. Room service was also fabulous. I received a nice amenity for my bday with a card. The bartenders from the rooftop were also fantastic, attentive. Wonderful experience! We will return."

"This hotel is a hidden gem! My room was impeccably clean, my bed was THE most comfortable I’ve stayed at in London, and the staff were the best! I was going to Paris for the weekend then returning for one night and they held a bag for me so that I could travel lighter. I was a woman travelling alone and felt safe and well taken care of. The location brought me here. The staff will bring me back!"
