"The owner, Marina, is a gem! Our flight arrived after the restaurant closed. Marina put 2 salads & 2 desserts in our room in case we were hungry - so thoughtful and much appreciated. The tour guides & drivers she arranged for us were wonderful (a breath of fresh air after having a bad experience in Cairo). The property is on the West bank but the hotel’s water taxi gets you to the town side in 10 min. Overall, beautiful grounds, spectacular views of the Nile and unique rooms. "
