"Rude. Rooms didn’t lock. I was moved 3 times. TVs didn’t work. Room looked like it was used right before I entered. Housekeeping was very very rude about leaving by 11"

"Pros: Excellent location!! Super close to Shedd and Field. It’s in a quieter part of town — perfect for families with young kids!! Cons: We had two rooms during our visit. The non-city view room was super dark and dreary and seemed a bit run down. The city view room was much nicer! On our second night, my kids used the hot tub and there was clearly too much chlorine added. "This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences of my life. The property condition is dated and not aligned with the photos. The towels had visible stains on them. The coffee maker has and old and used pod in it. The bathtub was clogged then my room wasn’t cleaned on a two night stay. I’d highly recommend any travels to avoid this property at all cost. "The hotel facility and room were decent enough, however, my chief complaint was with the shuttle service they use to bring travelers from the airport. I received an email from the hotel partner to provide transportation, and I booked a pickup for my wife, arriving sperately, for $106. The service was to meet my wife with a sign with her name on it, but the driver never left the parking lot and it ended up being 45 minutes before they could connect. "I arrived a bit early. They didn't allow me to check in early, although it was confirmed the previous guest had left. I asked a kind favor to prioritize cleaning my room first but it was not entertained. I asked to switch to another room that is ready and has been cleaned but my request was rejected.
