"Pleasant hotel with good facilities as described online - well kept and clean, a touch tired in one or two places. The surrounding area is not particularly attractive but very close to central attractions including the waterfront, Botanic Gardens and the Opera House etc - a great base for visiting the city. Overall very happy with our stay there - thank you. (Also thanks for use of an adaptor to charge UK phones!)"

"Dirty dirty dirty stuffy musty. Stayed 10 nights they made up the room once. Corners of bathroom have not been wiped in a LONG time. Location was good close to train staff was cordial. "

"Nice enough hotel, although very outdated, for what they are charging it is not worth the price. Quite a few stains around the room, room service closes at 9 pm, also at night the bar area smells due to being on top of a wharf. If it was least expensive or given a much needed renovation you wouldn’t mind. "

"Excellent location, lots within walking distance (shops, pubs, restaurants and sites) and Sydney CBD is walkable if you’re fit! I was a single occupant in one of the studio apartments and it could have easily slept a family of 4, the room and the bathroom were both huge!! The balcony was a nice bonus also. The apartment is dated and wasn’t quite what I was expecting from the photos. It also smelt like stale cooking from the outset and so did I/my clothes after two nights (despite not cooking in the flat). For the price and location as somewhere to crash for a couple of nights while I explored Sydney, it was ideal. I can’t comment on the Kitchenette facilities as I didn’t use them other than to make a cup of coffee. "

"The staff was accommodating, we had asked a couple days before for an early check-in. When we arrived we could have checked in with a $50.00 fee which we declined. The buffet breakfast was very good, hotel was quiet. Our restaurant on was quite spacious with a great view of the harbour. The room was clean, an eventual paint job would be in order."
