"We had originally planned to stay at another property in Salzburg but we had issues with their cleanliness and fitness to be in hospitality business really so we refused to stay another night. The hotel staff was able to find us accomodations at the 11th hour and went out extra distance to help us out once we explained our predicament (10 pm and without a place to stay).
