Our stay was perfect. The property is in a great location…only a few minutes walk to all the popular sites in Old Town. There are restaurants and shopping all around, yet our room was totally quiet and we slept wonderfully! The breakfast buffet had plenty of food choices. We took a Sound of Music tour and went to a classical music concert. Both meeting places were at Mirabell Palace which was only a 5 minute walk. We had a rental car and parked at Mirabell parking garage. The normal rate is 39€ daily, but the hotel has a negotiated rate of 22€!! Our stay was perfect and we would definitely stay here again!!!

The hotel itself was nice and clean but there was a funky smell in the lobby and halls. The room was clean, the staff was nice and the breakfast was good. It is centrally located and easy to walk to from the train station and to the sites. I really wanted to like the hotel but the smell ruined it for us every time we had to walk through the lobby and halls. Once in our room it smelled fine.

Great location, staff was friendly and helpful. Only comment was that the bathroom windows weren’t frosted all the way up and people from the buildings across the lane could see into the shower.

Really good room in an excellent location. The hotel did lack a proper bar which would have been good. The hotel could also do with larger towels.
