During our two week Europe, this was our favorite hotel. It’s perfectly located in town, has a terrific kitchen that allowed us to cook dinner and breakfast. The honor store had the things we needed. The staff are excellent, and it was great being able to do some laundry.

Good Location for old town

Perfect location if you want quick walking access to everything in the old town. Staff friendly and helpful. Not staffed 24hrs but easily reachable by phone and responsive. Clean and modern. Would stay here again

Probably the best property I’ve ever been to. We will specifically plan on returning to Salzburg again specifically to stay here once again. The young lady who checked us in was lovely, kind, and thoughtful. The hotel is in a perfect location.

Incredible Stay!

Absolutely incredible stay in Salzburg! The hotel is located in the heart of city center and couldn’t be in a better spot with great restaurants and landmarks right outside the door. Hapimag Salzburg was impeccably clean and quaint and is so much more than your average hotel. Can’t wait to recommend this place to others!

Great place to stay

Lovely place to stay, right in the city centre around many attractions and cafes/restaurants. Despite its location, it was very quiet inside. The room itself is very well presented. The bathroom and kitchen facilities were also great, plenty of storage/hanging space, and plenty of electrical outlets to charge your devices. Friendly and helpful staff available in business hours, will come again!

Exceeded Expectations

The stay exceeded our expectations. If you are willing to abide by the eco/euro expectations of recycling and cleaning it’s a great place. The location and size were awesome for our family of four. Bread service, nespresso and the honesty shop were helpful making it feel more like a home.

We were only at this property for one night, but I was very impressed with the accommodations. You couldn't ask for a better location in Salzburg. All the points of interest are mostly right outside of the hotel. I'm not familiar with this particular chain of hotels. I found it a little odd, though, that guests are given a, sort of, housekeeping list. It's mostly to clean up after yourself and take your trash to the basement receptacles. Not a big deal. I try not to make a mess anyway. Just thought it was a bit odd. Having said that, don't hesitate to book this hotel. It's very nice and clean. The staff are super friendly and the location is outstanding!

Location was perfect, it was right in the middle of the city with lots of cafes and shops around for easy access. The hotel was clean and well kept. The only issue we had was that the fridge’s food and drinks will set you back extra if you consume them.

Nice stay

Excellent location if you want to be in the middle of shopping. We struggled with the temperature control in the room and it was super noisy all night long being on the main strip (not just from people below, but while we were there they were erecting a construction area so it wouldn’t necessarily be like this all the time). However, the apartment was clean, well equipped and communication with the hotel was excellent. The folks at the reception desk were amazing.
