"Our room was clean and comfortable, well designed, and quiet. Air conditioning works great, and having a mini fridge really helps in the summertime. Staff were helpful in 2) holding our bags prior to check in, and b) booking us a car to the airport. Located within a short walk to multiple must-sees like the freedom tower, Oculus shopping center, Brooklyn Bridge, South Street Seaport, and Pier 11 where you can take a scenice ferry ride to Dumbo, Brooklyn for the absolute best views of the city!"

"We checked in at 1am because of a late flight, with Melissa at the front desk. She was the only one who was helpful and not dismissive like the rest of the staff the next morning/day. We had to get two separate reservations, for two different rooms because rooms weren’t ready.
