"Room was great. Close to everything, walking distance to Wall Street, 9/11 museum/memorial, and the subway. My only issue was someone was smoking cigarettes in the room next to us and the smell was horrible. I tried calling the front desk several times and no one ever picked up. I ended up going down to let them know and by the last day of our 4 days there it was more manageable or I got used to it. "

"Clean and well designed and finished. my favorite nyc hotel when i’m in need of a room that is mainly used to sleep between work days or full days of sight seeing. "

"I had to move from my original room because the heater wasn't working. In the second room, the wifi didn't work, and the toilet pipes emitted a loud noise every 30 minutes. Additionally, coffee was advertised as included with the $30-a-night amenities fee at the front desk, but I was still charged separately. This was confusing. Despite these issues, all the staff were incredibly kind. The problems I experienced were operational and structural, not related to the staff."

"Very charming hotel! The deco and furnishings are incredible. Room size is very large for Manhattan. Every staff we encountered was friendly and helpful. The local is surprisingly convenient. Subway station is just across the street. 15 minutes walk to Chinatown. The bar/restaurant at the lobby level offers jazz performance and pretty good food. 10 in 10 experience."
