I called the front desk and maintenance came in less than 5 minutes. He fixed the problem immediately. We had been in the room for almost 5hrs and the ac never cooled. "The room was fine; it appears to have been recently remodeled. My room was on the first floor. Noticed the carpet in the hallway was worn and stain. Hopefully it will be replaced soon. Couldn't figure out had to operate the TV. Had to call the front desk for help. Was informed that the TV was new, it would have been nice if there were instructions on how to operate it. Had problems with the card key, had to have it replace two times, which was annoying. Breakfast was okay, not sure I would stay...

"The room was fine but it was at the end of the long hall and on the second floor. We did bring our dogs but generally the pet floors are on the first floor. Probably would not stay here again. We don’t gamble. "

"It's a nice place, a little dated as far as the casino goes. The rooms are nice, beds a little soft for my taste. Shower and bathrooms are spacious, excellent with good water pressure. Free coffee at the check in desk. "
