Staff were amazing. Very friendly and we’re always happy to help. They provided a breakfast every morning which is brought to your room and the room was spacious and clean. Value for money I would say 10/10.

"The staff were excellent and food in restaurant and room service were brilliant. The room is on a noisy street and the double glazed windows did not shut out all the noise . But it was tolerable would not deter us from going back to stay there again .
The toilets are in need of a bit of iupgrade e.g there was a contant lingering smell in the tiolet, the tiolet seat is not soft closing the toilet basin itslelf got blocked twice but was dealt with immediately.
So all in all a nicevpkace to stay and bery convenient location "

"This was my second time in Egypt and I traveled Solo! It was PHENOMENAL , What made my trip 10X better was the service and genuine hospitality I received as soon as I left the Cairo Airport Doors ! Mohamad ! Greeted me with my name and drove me safely to the airport while telling about great interesting facts I haven’t learned , As Soon I arrived at the Door i received Great Service!!! The lobby smelled so good ! It was clean and welcoming! Ali greeted me with a Great Welcome , and my check in Fast and easy ! He also provided Great tour suggestions ! My room was clean !!! And it smelled so good as soon as i opened the door ! The Rooftop 700 /Akeim Restaurant took great Great Service to the next level everyone was welcoming and what I loved the most is how they all worked as a Real team to help all Guest ! Lisan always made my dinner experience great ! The food was so delicious and hot and fresh and the Fruit juices were always amazing with the added fresh fruit! During breakfast Ismael and Kamal helped me with great service ! Always brought me fresh juice and water and made sure to always check on me they would even speak even if I want eating ! It was amazing Time I can’t wait to Go back 12/10 Experience!!"
