Originally stayed in the "cabanas" by the pool, which were very below par for a four star hotel (apparently about to be refurbished), but was moved to a room in the hotel proper, which was a massive improvement. Pools were excellent and a wealth of top class eating options, although strangely no actual Egyptian. The staff were fantastic and overall an excellent stay."

Having the opportunity to stay the night in the dessert, ride camels and quads through sand dunes, watch a beautiful sunset, listen to traditional Bedouin music and have a delicious meal were outstanding.
