I love staying here at the Gaia Pyramids. Having travelled a fair bit i can honestly say that here i feel so welcome. Shahd Mena Omar Mazen Rana Ismail Tony Alex Zain Rawan & all the other staff members throughout this hotel do a FANTASTIC job. They are kind & helpful.🏆 There is a roof top restaurant with a decent selection of meals snacks deserts milkshakes & fruit cocktails on the menu. I enjoyed very much dinner with that amazing view while watching the sun go down. The rooms have a fridge & are clean & comfortable. They provide a laundry service here also an ATM machine is very close by as are gift shops & a pharmacy. There is a small gym on the premises also.

Yo reservé una habitación deluxe con balcón y vistas, la cual solo se respetó la primera noche,al día siguiente en medio de un tour el hotel me pide sacar mis maletas por que me van a cambiar de habitación porque según ellos esa no era mi habitación y me cambiaron a otra súper pequeña sin balcón y con vistas a una calle donde todo el tiempo se escuchaba ruido con el argumento de que expedía da mal las especificaciones, me exigían que regresara al hotel o ellos moverían mis cosas, la verdad es un robo lo que hace el hotel, no lo recomendaría a menos que se reserve la habitación más sencilla para evitar esta estafa.

Ich war in la boutique hotel die haben uns komplett ein anderen hotel gegeben plus zimmer weil ein Event von pyramid alles ausgebucht hat und Expedia leider die zimmer immer noch angezeigt hat obwohl es keine zimmen gab .Aber la Boutique Hotel war schöner und ein guten Service

Went to this hotel at 10am dropped off my bags to do a scheduled tour. Once I got back it seems as though they gave our room away. They tried to put us in a sister hotel and make us pay more for a sister property. Hotel is nice but Be Aware!!!

The staff were a total knockout!! They were incredibly accommodating and super lovely. The rooms are dated but decent enough to stay. Due to dated nature, the room didn’t feel as clean as I’d like it. Honestly though, the staff made up for it for me. Excellent!!!

When I arrived they did not have a room for me but told me I could not get a refund through then and I had to contact Expedia to do so. I did, Expedia said they could not contact the hotel. I was standing at the desk. I had to find another hotel in the area.

We booked thr Gaia, but were sent to one of their sister properties, Panorama Pyramid Inn! The rooms were smaller than those pictured here , but still comfortable & clean. A/C in the unit. There is one small elevator, which holds 2-3 ppl at a time. The roofttop restaurant has a spectacular view of the pyramids! Be prepared to be overwhelmed with all sorts of Egyptian options for breakfast!! The staff truly ks remarkable and will make you feel rjght at home..

Un séjour inoubliable grâce à un personnel exceptionnel ! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec une chaleur et une gentillesse rare. Chaque membre de l’équipe s’est montré attentif, souriant et incroyablement professionnel tout au long de notre séjour. Leur disponibilité, leur bienveillance et leur souci du détail ont fait toute la différence. Que ce soit à la réception, au restaurant ou dans les services d’entretien, tout le personnel a contribué à rendre notre expérience magique. Un immense merci à chacun d’eux pour leur dévouement et leur accueil si chaleureux. Un très grand merci notamment à Shahd la meilleure réceptionniste de tout le Caire, Alex le meilleur serveur et tout le reste de l’equipe tel que Zein, Mazen, Menna et Rana. Nous repartons avec des souvenirs merveilleux… et l’envie de revenir très vite !

This is not the hotel it's more like motel/hostel.

The location is nice but lot of construction right in front of place and super noisy on street facing. it's not the hotel it looks like Motel. Not worth the price. They run on law staff for Breakfast in the morning. The standard room and bathroom are too small and crowded.

Our check-in was excellent despite being too late at night. Saif and Omar were ready to be receiving us and took care of all. Very professional guys at work. The staff attention couldn't be better, as it was in our three days before. Everybody willing to help all the time, pending on your needs and requirements. Restaurant doing a good job on the top floor with a wonderful view of the Pyramids. Good food and good variety. Again, Rana and Merna went the extra mile to take care of us, thing we appreciate too much. Safe and attentive drivers for transportation from and to the airport. All the best. Honestly. The employees were absolutely phenomenal. From recalling previous orders to ensuring that you receive everything that you need. Alex, Tony, Omar, you made our stay wonderful. You can hear traffic at night but that will be the case anywhere that you stay. I slept fine but my wife needed ear plugs. No big deal. Thanks again!

Scappate da questo hotel. Pessimo in tutto, cercano di fregarti soldi in tutti i modi. Si salva solo il ragazzo alla reception biondino della sera, l’unico onesto più competente. Colazione di bassa qualità, pranzo pessimo, 15 euro per 50 grammi di petto di pollo e 30 grammi di riso.

After being so exited about my room,got to hotel just to know that the room was not available. I didn't get any call or email indicated this so I can make the arrangements.Had to book with another hotel and still in process for a refund cause they don't answer any calls. They had penalty of time to let me know do that the checking was at 2pm and I arrive almost at 8pm

The staff was friendly every time we spoke to them but we had issues from the beginning to the end. We had to wait an hour for our room just to discover it was the wrong room. We were told we would be moved and ended up being taken to another hotel completely; just to get a room worse than the first. The lights also went out at this new location. Overall a poor experience.

non abbiamo avuto le camere che avevamo scelto, mi serviva il frigo per mettere i miei farmaci ma non funzionava, il bagno non aveva la corretta manutenzione, usciva cattivo odore dai sifoni, le finestre rimanevano aperte perchè le maniglie non funzionavano. bisognerebbe attenzionare di più la manutenzione e la pulizia. la colazione è stata abbondante ed ottima , anche il personale del ristorante è stato disponibile e cordiale.

Wir waren zwei einhalb Wochen in Ägypten unterwegs und auf dieses Hotel haben wir uns am meisten gefreut. Allerdings wurden wir schnell nach der Ankunft auf den Boden der Tatsachen geholt. Wir wurden hier nur belogen und verarscht. Erst in ein anderen Hotel geschickt, dann ständig hingehalten. Letztendlich statt der Luxury Suite ein Standard Doppelzimmer erhalten ( ohne Entschädigung). Das Hotel ist eine Schande für Ägypten. Said und seine Mitarbeiter sind keine guten Menschen.

Gaia Pyramids Hotel was an absolute mess. The night of arrival our room was not even ready and they made us stay in another building without the amenties we paid for. The second and third night were okay and the fourth day they made us move to a hotel via a taxi because there was an electrical problem in the building with also not the amneities we paid for. They declined to refund no matter how much we complained. This company shouldnt be hosting rooms for guest.

We arrived at 4pm afternoon. At the reception they told us they were overbooked and didnt have space for us, tough i had booked this hotel more than 2 months ago (advanced paid too) - so they brought us to a different hotel which was a downgrade. The staff there did make an effort and the breakfast was nice but all together it was not the experience we hoped for. We ended up with three single beds tough i had booked a double bed. They blamed hotels.com/ expedia for their booking system tough i do think its poor behavoir from the hotel owner

Worst hotel experience of my life. Our flight was scheduled to arrive early in the morning (5am), so we booked and paid for an extra night (the day before arrival) so that we could check in right away and get some rest after a long trip. Even though I did inform the hotel our arrival date and time when booking, they told us there is no room available for us because we didn’t show up for the first night. We were very upset but waited patiently for 3 hours until they were able to get our room ready. They gave us various excuses but we were so tired and just wanted to check in. While waiting in the lobby, I witnessed at least 4 guests complaining about room flooding, shuttle bus didn’t show up etc. The room they gave us was completely different than my reservation. I booked Deluxe Quadruple Room with Mountain View but what I got was a small window with another building right next to it and two single beds. I don’t usually complain when I travel but I was beyond disappointed so went to talk to the receptionist. They told me single bed is called queen in Egypt and the pictures shown in Expedia (two queen beds with balcony with Pyramids view) for the room are a system error. This hotel is a complete scan. Please do not waste your money on this hotel. The receptionists act friendly but they do not care about guest at all.
