"Nice property. Close to metro stop.Easy access to centre in 10 mins.
At busy periods the 2 lifts were slow.
Breakfast was the same everyday. On some days of our week's stay, replenishment of the food was slow and the coffee machines ran out regularly and staff were slow to fix."

"The entire experience at the Yeatman can be summed up in one word- Impeccable! The staff, the food , the atmosphere and the accommodations.
I have travel across the world and stayed in hundreds of hotels. This Yeatman ranks at the top of my list.
The moment you walk in you are greeted with beautiful decor, excellent staff and a very welcoming feeling. The corridors and room designs were lovely and spacious. The views outstanding no matter where you were.

"We were not offered any help with our bags… when we ordered a bottle of wine from room service we were told to go to the bar or wait an hour. We had no towels after a housekeeping visit - asked for them and had to call again after over a hour wait. When they did come the housekeeping person walked right into our room without knocking!!! "

"Paid for river view and it did not disappoint! great proximity to lots of things. Just far enough away to be super quiet and relaxing after a busy day of sightseeing. Rooftop was super lovely. Room was well appointed and comfortable.
Only minor complaint: at the price i paid per night... i was really hassled for bottled water in my room. Silly. "

"Het hotel ligt erg centraal waardoor op loofafstand veel te beleven valt. Wij sliepen op de 4e verdieping, waardoor de drukke stadsgeluiden voor ons beperkt bleven. Het hotel is smaakvol ingericht en heeft een goed ontbijt. Helaas hebben wij maar een dag gebruik kunnen maken van de koffiemachines. Beide machines (b)leken defect en werden helaas niet hersteld gedurende ons verblijf. Jammer!
De personeelsbezetting tijdens het ontbijt verdient aandacht. Het duurde te lang voordat mensen aan tafel...

"Nice hotel with modern amenities about 20 minutes from the historic old town by foot. Close to local bakeries, bars, and restaurants, or a cheap uber/bolt ride to other areas.
