We stayed one night in the hotel. It was not suitable for my mobility impaired mother, so well before checkout time we asked for a refund for the remaining two days. We checked out and did not stay the remaining two days, valued over $900. They had zero sympathy for this, and outright refused a refund. Expedia tried to collect the money, and again they refused. I asked for the Front Office Manager's email, and was given a fake email address that is bouncing.
Additionally, this hotel was terrible. The price paid was $450/night. For that price you can get a much better hotel. Don't be fooled by the "5 star" rating, it is not real. The "bar" is basically a cafeteria, the pool bar is generally closed, there are no plants or anything by the pool, the rooms are extremely small, and the service was no where near 5 star. You are just paying for the view, and there are other hotels that have views also, but are MUCH better. I.E. Yeatman, which was also $450/night. Total ripoff, and just terrible how they treated my mother.
