There were two reception desks and it was not clear how many agencies and services were renting apartments there. The apartment was spacious, had a washer and a drier, a serviceable kitchen and the elevators worked well."

"check in was horrible… because it wasn’t with the actual hotel they made it a hassle.. i took them two hours and missed my birthday cruise due to poor communication ..the room however was nice and clean with a great view and location."

"One pool was under construction and they closed the other pool early (8:00) on the night we were there. The staff was very nice. The room was clean. The views were wonderful. We walked from the cruise port to the hotel in about thirty minutes. Traffic at the cruise port is horrible. It took us 2 1/2 in a ride share to get to the port. "
