Tolles Hotel für Vorübernachtung einer Kreuzfahrt, da man einen tollen Blick auf das Häfengelände und die Bayside Area hat und theoretisch sogar zu Fuß zum Schiff laufen kann, wenn man etwas Frühsport nicht scheut. There were two reception desks and it was not clear how many agencies and services were renting apartments there. "Excellent property and location however, waited long for a room although I was early but many other groups arrived after us and they got their rooms before us and we still waited until I spoke to the manager and he made arrangements and accommodated us with a higher room location and late check out. "One pool was under construction and they closed the other pool early (8:00) on the night we were there. The staff was very nice. The room was clean. The views were wonderful. We walked from the cruise port to the hotel in about thirty minutes. Traffic at the cruise port is horrible. It took us 2 1/2 in a ride share to get to the port. "

"Check in was brutal, thhey didn’t get us checked in till 6pm we sat outside for two hours with all our luggage, and they were no towels for us no toilet paper. Called host didn’t bring us towels or toilet paper till next day. Check out day the cleaning lady stole my sun glasses I have it on a video of them sitting there come back to the room after few moments and cleaning lady is gone so are my glasses. Never ever again book with these guys"
