"The room was dated and old, furnishings need to be replaced. The pictures on your website border on false advertising it looked nothing like the room we were in, the view of the garbage dumpster was blurry because the window was so dirty and they don’t open, how do you escape if there’s a fire in one of the other rooms. We were there 3 days and never received housekeeping once they didn’t even come in to dump the garbage, provide clean towels or replace the coffee. The toilet bowl was stained as was the bathtub, wallpaper is peeling along the seams and the toilet is not installed properly it’s at an angle. For what we paid the quality did not match the large fee. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and we won’t be back."

"Front desk person was on the phone for several minutes when we walked in and kept us waiting to check in, he was extremely slow, zero personality, hardly said two words to us and it took more than 20 min to check in to our two rooms! Told him to use the credit card for the party staying in the second room, not the one I used to guarantee the booking. Said he changed the card, but a few days after I got home, charges were on my credit card, not the credit card for the people who were staying in that room. They had to pay me back plus they lost out on getting the points their credit card offered. All other staff were very helpful and tried to help with the backlog by checking in other people that hadn’t used Expedia/hotels.com, etc."
