"Front desk person was on the phone for several minutes when we walked in and kept us waiting to check in, he was extremely slow, zero personality, hardly said two words to us and it took more than 20 min to check in to our two rooms! Told him to use the credit card for the party staying in the second room, not the one I used to guarantee the booking. Said he changed the card, but a few days after I got home, charges were on my credit card, not the credit card for the people who were staying in that room. They had to pay me back plus they lost out on getting the points their credit card offered. All other staff were very helpful and tried to help with the backlog by checking in other people that hadn’t used Expedia/hotels.com, etc."

"I have stayed at conventional hotels in the past, but they were full for the dates of this conference, so found the hotel through Expedia. My next trip - I'll be back there. The rooms are spacious. It is quiet. The breakfast is lovely, (but doesn't start until 8 a.m.) The staff go out of their way to be helpful. The bed was comfortable. It is close to mst things down town. Highly recommended."

"The room was great. It was spacious, clean, and modern. The view of the ocean was amazing. The kitchen supplies were a bit basic. We had the unit right at the entrance and next to the restaurant, so it was rather noisy, in the mornings and evenings, which hampered our relaxation a bit, unfortunately."
