"I would like to point out that this property is not in Grantham but in South Witham, Grantham. This makes a great deal of difference and took us much longer to find and right out of our way. I suggest you correct this. The address given by you takes you to different part of the area and is confusing. So please correct it and add South Witham to the full address. "

"Spent 1 night well visiting friends in the area. Had a lovely room. Lots of character. Steep stairs up to our room on 3rd floor. Owner helped to get luggage up and offered to bring down when the time came. Lovely breakfast. No supper served but a great local pub down the street with lots of selection and good food."

"Nice enough staff. The pub looked like a 1970’s Benidorm recreation of a British pub with a ceiling full of beer mats. Food was ok but a little overpriced for pub grub. The outside area was filthy.
