"Overall the hotel and staff were very nice and polite. The only problem we had was at the breakfast on the second morning Soft poached eggs were ordered but after waiting for 15 minutes and reminding staff, they came out like bullets! The rest of the food was quite cold as well "

"No parking . Their own parking across the road was £10 per night. The breakfast let our stay down. The staff repeatedly got the orders wrong and the cooked breakfast was very poor quality. I don’t recommend the vegetarian breakfast. The lamps on the tables need removing as they are at eye level and you can’t see each other! "

"Excellent location. Just near town centre. Clean, bright and spacious rooms. They do free breakfast when you stay with them. The breakfast food was excellent"

"Amble parking near the venue. Unfortunately, no restaurant or leisure centre as advertised. We hope they are able to reopen these soon."

"I am afraid that as my wife was taken ill, we were unable to check in and stay at the hotel. I am therefore unable to review the property, room or food."

"The oven doesn't work, there is no parking space for twin room even when when the parking spaces were free. I could hear the cars the all nights and I couldn't sleep. Some people smoked weed inside the property. Inside the twin room someone definitely smoked cigarettes. I wouldn't recommend this guest house to anyone."
