"Excellent short, one night stop here, arrived about 1800, check in was smooth and quick, staff helpful and friendly, only a short walk to the room. The room was massive clean and the bed very comfortable. It was Sunday night and there was a painter in the corridor decorating, but quiet and no bother. Room had all the expected; toiletries, towels, Wi-Fi, large tv and even a trouser press. We were up and out at 0600 the next morning to race in a local triathlon at Belvoir Castle, night porter...

"What a little gem of a property. Despite being above a pub, and on a through road of the village, it’s very quiet. Wonderfully clean, and the self serve continental breakfast buffet is well stocked. Great place."

"Lovely place to stay- self contained accommodation with walk in shower, cloakroom, and generous bedroom. Room was cleaned daily. Lovely outdoor spaces, set in medieval Grantham. Within walking distance of shops and restaurants. We ate at the Piggy Bank which was about 5 mins walk away. 100% would stay again."

"Booked last minute for elderly parents. They only had twin rooms left but it was great for my parents. It was ground floor. They tell me the breakfast was very well stocked and very reasonably priced at £10pp when checking in. Great that breakfast time was until 10:30 on Sunday so they could get organised and have a lie in. They enjoyed the bar in the evening, chatting to people and watching the football. Very Happy "
