"The staff was excellent and very helpful and kind
The breakfast was great and the room was clean
Only issue was that there was no air conditioning but they provided a fan

"Ideal for exhausted travelers as.. fastest & easiest checkin ever, and had a self-catering hot food vending machine for late night arrivals. Minus is breakfast isn't incuded as it is with some Ibis's, but was only a v.reasonable E8.50"

"Very friendly staff, super comfy bed. Love the library of books in the bedroom! It's a very basic hotel room but clean and comfy, all you need as a base to explore. The bar and food court is a fun place that puts on various events throughout the month."
"Great when travelling by car as plenty of parking. Check in staff were great. Had a terrible nights sleep due to how hot and stuffy the room was. You can either choose to have the shutter down for privacy at night or have it up and let air in but then passers by can see you sleeping. Really could do with a curtain on the inside of window. "
"Very close to both train stations and the city centre. Quiet. Large bathtub.
It will be even better once the airco is up and running. In the meantime, a fan is available.

"Location is fair, in that it's around 25 mins walk to either Europe or Flanders stations, and maybe the same to Lille old town.
Very close by, are a couple of mini supermarkets, bars, and restaurants.
Although it backs on to busy highways, the Aircon and double glazed windows meant no noise at all, and perfectly controlled temperature. Also, there was no noise from fellow guests.
The only 2 slight criticisms of the room, are lack of trash bin, and lack of storage space. Overall though, one of the most pleasant overnight stays I've had.
