Nice little hotel perfectly suitable for our trip to the Pokémon Regional Championships - room was comfortable, and the location was close to the city centre and train stations so we could walk everywhere we needed to. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel was really clean, friendly and accommodating. A lovely weekend away in this lovely city. I would love to come again.
The breakfast service is excellent as well as having a limited amount of drinks available as part of your stay. There is also a comfortable area to hang out if you have some wait time before you leave.
The service was excellent. Coffee and tea were served for free at anytime from the coffee machines. Breakfast was delicious and we managed to take away breakfast for our children who were still asleep. Very friendly staff. Parking is available.
Family room was large and clean, plenty of fresh towels.. Used as as a mid journey stop. Aware that these budget hotels can be hit or miss..I would stay here again. Secure parking with hotel access €8 per night. Overall really pleased with our brief stay..
Location is fair, in that it's around 25 mins walk to either Europe or Flanders stations, and maybe the same to Lille old town.
Very close by, are a couple of mini supermarkets, bars, and restaurants.
Although it backs on to busy highways, the Aircon and double glazed windows meant no noise at all, and perfectly controlled temperature. Also, there was no noise from fellow guests.
The only 2 slight criticisms of the room, are lack of trash bin, and lack of storage space. Overall though, one of the most pleasant overnight stays I've had.
It’s in the middle of what seems like the universe campus. It wasn’t noisy but nothing it open on the weekend.
The staff were nice.
The rooms are tired, the bathroom needs updating to at least 1999. The sink tap had so much limescale on it!
It not a place I would recommend.

Room was basic and there was no kettle, tea or coffee. Toilet was also blocked when we first arrived and it seemed to be regular event. Shower screen design was also very strange and it doesn't extend all the way to the wall so expect the water would splash out. Our room also didn't get cleaned on our last day of stay. The only positive thing was that the staff were friendly.
