"Very spacious and well appointed clean rooms. Excellent location. Great gym, pool and hot tubs (plural) and also has steam room and great bbq facilities right next to pool area. Beds were the most comfortable out of all the hotels we stayed in across our trip around USA and Canada. Family of 5 travelling from Australia. Stayed in a “room with den” kids sleeping on good sized sofa beds and had their own bathroom/toilet. Our bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Self contained kitchen was great...

"My daughter and I had a nice one day stay at the hotel. The room was large and very clean and well furnished, and the amenities were excellent. Front desk staff were very helpful, and the ski storage was convenient. The location was the best, very close to the gondolas and super convenient access to restaurants and shopping. I would definitely stay here again."

"The loft suite had a nice gathering for my birthday celebration for 4 of us. Downstairs had a living room with a pullout couch. We hung out there lots when we were in the room. The front desk gave us drink vouchers and discounted parking rates for my birthday, along with a handwritten note… so make sure you mention it’s your birthday if it is. "Todo estuvo muy bien, el hotel estaba limpio y confortable, cercas de todo lo bueno de wistler, el estacionamiento era amplio y techado y aún lado tienen un restaurante francés muy bueno. "

"Lovely staff gave us an upgrade to a better room and view. We didn't use the facilities outside of the room but inside the room was everything that we needed. The only issue was that the TV was not smart, which seems crazy in 2026, so we were stuck with watching whatever was on. Other than that, everything was fantastic. "

"The best location you can ask for. Steps from the gondola. Would really love this place but the property is pretty worn out. Lots of loose plumbing fixtures, banged up hardware, worn out finishings. We liked the pool, hot tub, in-room sauna (we had the loft unit). Clean sheets and towels. Just needs better maintenance and quality oversight. "
