"Everything about our stay was wonderful. We arrived early morning. Though we could not check-in until 3pm, the staff safely stored our bags and offered a light bite while we waited (didn't charge). They were very helpful throughout our stay. We had a late flight and again on check-out, they stored bags and charged phones. "The staff at the hotel were so accommodating and planned our water taxi for us to make the arrival literally effortless. Everything was prompt and they even met us at the dock on arrival and helped us to depart at the dock closest to the hotel. The staff were so friendly and polite towards us and we loved the small boutique feel of the hotel. Bedding was very good, and that was important to us. The entire property was spotless. Staff helped us with dining options and navigating support....
