"This was our best stay in Italy! The apartment was spotless, everything felt brand new, and the beds, linens, and overall comfort were excellent. The shower was fantastic, and the air conditioning worked perfectly - which was incredibly important with temperatures around 100°F (38°C) outside. "We stayed at this hotel for three nights. We had one issue when we discovered that the sofa bed sheets were not clean. We reported it to the staff, and they replaced the sheets promptly. We also had to request a blanket, bedsheets, and pillows for the all beds. Compared with other hotels, I believe these are basic items that should already be provided.
