"Nice sitting area on each floor. Rooms are fairly large. Staff were extremely helpful . Beware, there are blackout sheets in windows so you don’t have any idea when sun comes up which could cause you to oversleep. Prefer a top sheet and blanket instead of a comforter only. AC inadequate. "

"The loft style room was more than we imagined. We a kitchen and refrigerator/ freezer this was a great find. Noel provided exceptional help and had the rooms ready for us when we arrived and was supper friendly. The restaurant below the building had the best food. A bit slow but well worth the wait and great prices. Lastly loved interacting with Noel the property maintenance/handyman. "Clean, friendly hotel in a quiet residential area with regular service from multiple water bus lines. Several good restaurants neaby as well as a grocery and bank ATM. Room was small but clean and well appointed. A/C worked (Venice can be pretty humid). Our only real complaint was that the bathroom, while nicely tiled and functional, is small and the shower is tiny. Both my wife and I could barely squeeze into it and you won't be bending over to scrub your legs. Good continental breakfast."

"Small boutique hotel, which goes out of its way to make your stay comfortable. Owner and staff are very friendly. Note, if you want a canal view, you have to be sure to book the room with that view. It is a very small canal in the back of the hotel. Location is good, Venice is a very walkable city so you can get from the hotel to pretty much anywhere within a 15 to 20 minute walk."

"The rooms are clean, luxurious and the penthouse plunge pool was a welcome retreat. We had a room on the first floor initially but requested to be moved since the path to the penthouse pool required walking through the hotel bar. Irena at the evening reception was wonderful in facilitating the move to the 5th floor. The 1st floor room was quite dark while the 5th floor suite was much brighter with higher ceilings.
