"Great location to get around Bruges. Quiet street so minimal noise in the evening. Rooms were large, bathroom had lots of space, with good shower. Tea and coffee facilities in the room. My only issue there was not enough cream/milk but as the reception shuts we couldn't get any extras in the evening. Breakfast was excellent. Mix of breads, pastries, cereal, hams, cheese, eggs, bacon, juices, tea, coffee.Had a coffee machine there but again when the reception is shut you can't access that in the evenings either. Reception staff very friendly and gave lots of good information. Key fob entry system so felt very safe. There are 3 floors, no lifts but no issues there really. Would recommend to stay here. Bus stop just round the corner. Map says 25min walk from train station, but more like 40mins."

"Hotel Biskajer is in a great location, next to the burg, easily walkable to all interest points, Belfry, Church of Our Lady, Beguinage, Basilica of the Holy Blood, Almshouses, etc. The hotel is beautifully decorated with lace curtains, china tea cups and more. The optional breakfast buffet is in a beautiful room. While I don’t usually enjoy breakfast, the ambiance is worth it. As an extra treat, we received a bag of cookies as we checked out. We are towards the end of our European trip. We only spent two nights at Hotel Biskajer and this was the first hotel that cleaned our room during our stay. I would definitely return to Hotel Biskajer and will recommend it to our family and friends."

"my stay was fabulous! However the reception front desk employees are not well trained. one gentleman was rude and the female gave contradictory comments. Also guests should be briefed that they have to let front desk know if they want air conditioning. "
