The room was impeccably clean, very roomy, relaxing, and a lovely ambience, due to the subtle fresh tones and colours used The staff are all fantastic, very helpful, and always welcome you with a smile. "I loved this hotel. Everything was beautiful inside and the beds so comfy. Two things, they had to be reminded a few times we needed more TP and they charged me for a cup of coffee at checkout once I had paid the final bill (and it's free in your room but we'd run out of pods). It was 4 euro, felt like that should have been free. (Oh well)"

"Lovely boutique hotel just outside the city centre (which is exactly what we wanted). Just off a lovely canal and easy walking to city centre and very close to bus stop making arrival by train and bus connection easy. The hotel was clean, well maintained and rooms were nice. Breakfast onsite was nice with good variety and is convenient since we discovered tha tplaces don't seem to open very early for breakfast in Belgium."

"Property is in great location 10-15 walk from main areas on a canal. It's a great walk into town to see some neighborhoods you otherwise wouldn't. The breakfast was great, staff very helpful and attentive. Room was by far the largest we had on entire Belgian/Netherlands trip. Highly recommend this property."
