"Everything was amazing! It was peaceful, quiet, and relaxing. We didn’t get to use the spa unfortunately, but in the future we will stay here when we’re in Firenze. Location is convenient, with a park across the street. It didn’t take long to walk to the place from the train station. Alice was hospitable and took great care of us when it was time to check out! "Amazing apartment with perhaps the largest in-room jacuzzi tub I've ever seen! Shower in 2nd bath was one of the best showers (rain shower) I've experienced. However, it was billed as a 2BR apartment & the 2nd BR was a den with a pull-out couch - which was not advertised as such. In the end, though, that didn't matter."
