When we arrived the room was set to 30° and were told the air conditioning is not yet turned on for the season so we switched rooms. "Lovely lovely hotel - it’s a smaller footprint than it appears but just has the true charm of Florence! It’s a 10 min walk to some lovely cafes and as soon as construction is completed it will be nice to walk along the river at night. The rooms were reminiscent of a different century! Lovely!"

"Amazing hotel and amazing staff. We had the standard loft with a hot tub inside our bedroom! Loved it. Even though the reception is only open 9am-5pm, the hotel staff were very good at communicating with us through WhatsApp even when outside of these hours. The hotel feels very private.
