"This property was so far away from everything. Luckily, it was right next to the bus stop. It didn’t seem like the nicest area. When we arrived the room was set to 30° and were told the air conditioning is not yet turned on for the season so we switched rooms. We were not informed the pool is only open in the summer and the kids were looking forward to the pool so that was a let down. (It was 23° and we had walked 10 miles that day so it would have been a nice way to end the day!) Flooring was...

"Very big nice room, pretty grounds, plenty of parking!! there’s a shuttle in to the city which is quite practical. Pool was under renovation while we were there, breakfast was good, staff is super polite and helpful. Honestly a much better experience than other hotels we stayed at in the region for a more expensive price. Pleasantly surprised with our experience here "

"Absolutely loved our stay here. Very safe walk to downtown Florence, approx 25 min walk along the river. They also offer free shuttle service which is nice. Great spa with included access to indoor heated pool, sauna, and steam room. Highly recommend."

She was flexible for us to store our luggage and helped us get a taxi on our way out of town when the apps weren't working. The apartment is one of the cleanest places we've stayed. "Amazing hotel and amazing staff. We had the standard loft with a hot tub inside our bedroom! Loved it. Even though the reception is only open 9am-5pm, the hotel staff were very good at communicating with us through WhatsApp even when outside of these hours. The hotel feels very private. "The hotel was gorgeous, clean, and the rooms were big. My room had a bedroom, a living room, and the beds were comfortable. The location was good too as it was away from the main bar scene of Florence but walking distance (15-25 min) to everything Florence had to offer. The hotel has no amenities but worth it."
