"Perfect location, beautiful property with great amenities. Staff were polite and very helpful. Room was tastefully furnished. Shower was hot and powerful. Cleaning staff arrived promptly and did an excellent job. Only minor criticism was cooked breakfast was served whilst I was eating first course which meant I had to eat quickly or risk food being cold. That said, food was delicious. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again."

"Room smelled pungently of mildew. When I told the staff they said they’d have to do a better job of cleaning. We left several days ago and everything in my suitcase, including all my clothes, still have that mildew smell. Quiet setting. Large rooms but had no way to air out except for a tiny window 18x8 that partially opened. Luckily it was cool weather. Pub was cute and food including breakfast was good."

Not sure I like the self service check in, not that it didn’t work, it did but just prefer the personal touch for a hotel striving for the boutique feel. Overall a nice stay and friendly staff. They missed cleaning the room one day which was disappointing."

"We had an amazing stay here. The rooms were lovely and the beds very comfortable. We loved the suite with its living area and the breakfast was delicious. The hosts could not have done more. So friendly and helpful. They also had lots of games and toys and a garden which were great for the kids. "

"On arrival we were pleased to find a cabin with toilets, a kettle and microwave close by. All correspondence before our arrival was clear and made getting into the pod simple. It was lovely and warm-almost too warm! The shower block is a short walk away with plenty of space. The facilities at Adventure Parc are super and we enjoyed a busy morning on our final day with staff going above and beyond to help our family. "The room was clean & we had a nice meal, however we asked for breakfast at 8am due to a ride event we were attending. However, the following day no breakfast was available & the chef was unaware of our request, which was a shame & left with no food. Also, on the Expedia site the room I booked was £52 each, but I was charged £112, & not sure where the fault lies though suspect it is Expedia"
