"Fabulous hotel, perfect from check in to check out. Big thank you to the girls in the spa, the receptionist with the long curly hair and the 2 girls who did our massages who didn’t make us feel uncomfortable when we got a case of the severe giggles and couldn’t hold it together! This was a much needed break for me and my daughter after a lot of recent sadness and that memory will stay with us forever, so thank you ! It made our weekend. "The Swallow Falls Inn looked like a new establishment, my room was very clean, the staff were professional, polite and very helpful, the breakfast was very fast in coming and tasty. If I can give some critique, you need bigger room number signs as I went the wrong way twice and ended up asking a member of staff who pointed out where the room signs were and admitted that they need to be bigger."
