NOT Far East standard but friendly front office.

Not a big deal for me but may be signficant for status craving person.. fruits for thought - the “0” extension , no one answering at 7pm (7 jun 24) - no drinking water in suite room - sound proof very poor , disturbed by next door bed room night activities - room not make up until 5pm despite informed at 10am ish - very friendly front desk staff and bellman EXCEPT the bell man during my checked in 7 jun 24 around 7 pm, the young guy with moustche saw me with alots of heavy bag bur dosent even ask if i need any help.. instead he offer his assistance to westerner, still have this type of segregation? Btw i never stingy on my tips. - very astonish n wonderful view of kl tower and scenaries… - room is clean except all towels with big stain end up i using mynown towel and use pool towel from hotel "
