"This guest house is located very close to the FCO airport, and they offer a shuttle in the morning for a reasonable price that we were able to take at 6am. The staff is very kind and the room was lovely and very spacious. We even had our own front yard with our room, which was a pleasant surprise. The guest house is near Ostia Antica if you are interested in archaeological sites. It is also very close to the beach if the weather is nice. There are lots of great seafood restaurants nearby. "

"Positives: Room was clean and looked new. Very bright and fresh. I arrived an hour before check in and they came down to let me in even though I was so early without any notice. Shower in bathroom was great! Negatives: Walls are paper thin. Gentleman in room next to mine came to his room around midnight and I could here him zipper his suitcase! It sounded like he was standing at the end of the bed. I woke up in the night multiple times thinking I heard someone in my room."

"The room is spotless, the staff was wonderful, it is central relocated where you can have restaurants I would not hesitate to return. The only negative I can say is that is rooms are on the second floor and there is no elevator that is something that I would have liked to know but this is a wonderful place and I’m happy that I stayed here. The bed was super comfortable as well"

"Very close to the airport obviously. Also near to restaurants just over a bridge. Fishing boats are docked 5 minutes away and that is unique. Staff were excellent and breakfast was also very good."

"The property was in an excellent location (a block from the board walk) and the staff was very helpful with checking in as well as recommendations for meals. The major downfall with our stay was the bed, we were in room 407 and the bed was beyond uncomfortable, if there would have been enough blankets I would have slept on the floor. We did mention this to the staff the morning after. A fabulous Hotel if they get rid of the worn out beds and upgrade them."
